4th Industrial Revolution: Skills Sets for Employability of Business Graduates in Bangladesh

This paper aims to find out whether the current business graduates of Bangladesh are ready perform in new era Industry 4.0 by unearthing lacking their skill sets. will bring implementation and integration technologies which be very difficult for adapt without adequate skills needed 4.0. After conducting an extensive literature review a set has been revealed help better employment opportunities environment However, after completing whole study, it is clear that there huge gap between have our required employability Current mainly three areas: Knowledge AI, Cognitive Flexibility, Data Analysis skills. Recent indicate inadequate facilities as barrier developing Although lack interest, awareness additional cost also work finding this study recommends some important measures optimize gap.
